  1.  WHICH KIND OF PAYMENTS ARE AVAILABLE?

You can pay with Paypal and with our Credit Card service STRIPE, the most reliable for online payments; it's also available the payment with bank transfer and with cash on delivery (contrassegno) only for italian deliveries (in this case you have to pay € 5,16).

If you choose bank transfer the bank routing number is: Unicredit – Codice IBAN: IT06S 02008 14112 000103951484 – SWIFT (BIC): UNCRITMM.

   2.  IS YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT SAFE? 

Sure! We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your personal informations.

   3.  CAN I PAY ONLY WITH EURO?

Yes.

HOW TO BUY

  1. Choose the category of product in which you are interested.

  2. Take the information useful for you (sizes, different colours available and technical caracteristics).

  3. Put your beloved product in the CART.

  4. Write your personal datas for the delivery.

  5. After reading the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, choose your favourite kind of payment and remember you can pay only in EURO.

  6. Finally, wait for your amazing new Muranoglass Jewel.

  1. ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COST FOR NO-EU COUNTRIES?

    Yes. Contact out Customer Service at info@randazzo-srl.it.

   2.  CAN I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT ALSO IN A POST OFFICE?

No, we do NOT make delivery destinations at Post Office, but only to the personal address you give to us.

   3.  CAN I HAVE THE INVOICE (fattura)?

Yes. we will send it by email or postal service with the personal informations you give us during the order. Pay attention to put them accurately because you won't change them after the invoice.

​   4.  HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY?

Our partner company DHL will deliver your product starting from the fifth working-day after the received payment; from monday to friday, exlude feast days.

 

 

  1.  HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

You have 14 days starting from the delivery day. For Randazzo srl the customer satisfaction is the most important thing, so we'll refund you the full price of the defective product: you have to send it back to us together with the invoice. The shipping cost is paid by you.
